Abstract
Two laparoscopic colectomy patients for sigmoid colon cancer were introduced, surgical technique and its problems which were experienced the challenging part in laparoscopic surgical fields. We have been widely accepted the laparoscopic
cholecystectomy
in cholelithiasis and other laparoscopic intraabdominal operation such as appendectomy, hernioplasty and adhesiolysis were now being done easily because of its many benefit.
I think the next step in evolution of laparoscopic surgery will be up bowel resection or gastric surgery. This paper presents only two cases of laparodcopic resection in sigmond colon cancer and a detailed description of the surgical technique,
and
the
use of endoscopic stapler devices. The three most difficult technical decisions in laparoscopy must include the level of the divided bowel extent, methods of the specimen removal and end to end anastomosis of the bowel with hand eye coordination
in
television and video system. Two patients were able to tolerate a liquid diet on the third postoperative day and discharged the postoperative 12 days and 13 days after chemotherapy for 4 days without complication.
